The FastPictureViewer Codec Pack 2.0 enhances Windows 7 and Vista Explorer 32/64-bit with support for thumbnails, full size view and metadata search for 30+ image formats. WIC-enabled imaging applications, such as Windows Live Photo Gallery, Sony Creative Software Vegas Pro, FastPictureViewer Professional and many more also benefit from the installed codecs and gain the ability to preview and open new file formats. The FastPictureViewer Codec Pack currently supports the Truevision Targa (TGA), IML OpenEXR (EXR), DirectX DDS, Netpbm PNM/PPM/PGM/PBM, along with raw formats from more than 300 digital cameras including Adobe DNG, Canon, Epson, Fuji, Hasselblad, Kodak, Leica, Mamiya, Minolta, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Pentax, Sigma, Sinar and Sony, plus the Rawzor compressed raw format for CR2, NEF and NRW files. The codec pack provides LIMITED support to Windows XP SP3 users: Explorer Thubmnail Views are enabled, but separate applications are required to preview and open the files.
